Consignment Agreement

This agreement is made between the undersigned person(s) as Consignor and Tina's Tack Shack LLC, known as Consignee *

Articles Consigned:

  • Tina's Tack Shack LLC will act as an agent for the Consignor, therefore the articles placed with Tina`s Tack Shack will remain the property of the Consignor until sold, picked up by Consignor or shipped back to Consignor.

  • Items placed on consignment will be priced at the amount that is agreed upon by the Consignor and Consignee.

  • All sales or discounts on consignment saddles will be discussed with Consignor prior to execution.

  • Consignee will secure full payment for the consigned saddle prior to being shipped out.

  • Consignor agrees to allow the saddle to be transported in a car.

  • Consignor agrees to advertise all consigned saddles on www.tinastackshack.com, Tina's Tack Shack's Facebook Page, Tina's Tack Shack Ebay Account and relevant Facebook groups.

Consignment Selling Period and Terms:

  • Consignor is responsible for all shipping charges between Consignor and Consignee.

  • Consignor must give 7 days notice prior to removing consigned saddle from Tina's Tack Shack once saddle is inventory for consignment. The saddle will be shipped back to the original address.

  • Consignor may not advertise or sell consigned saddle on other sales platforms while the saddle is consigned with Tina's Tack Shack.

  • There is a $100 fee for removing a consigned saddle from our stock to cover cleaning and advertising time and expenses. The owner is also responsible for the shipping costs (incoming and outgoing).

  • Tina's Tack Shack saddle consignment fee is 25%. 

  • We charge a cleaning fee of $50 for each newly consigned saddle.

  • If, after your saddle has been consigned for 12 months or more with minimal interest, Tina’s Tack Shack may decide to ask you to pick up the saddle. If we are unable to contact you by phone and/or email after 3 attempts (per information provided above), Tina’s Tack Shack has the right to donate or otherwise dispose of the saddle.

  • If you ship your item to Tina`s Tack Shack or if you request that it be shipped elsewhere by Tina’s Tack Shack, you are responsible for all shipping charges, claims, or related issues. Tina’s Tack Shack will use all conventional safeguards in the handling and displaying of consigned goods, however you understand that the consigned item is not insured by Tina’s Tack Shack, and that Tina’s Tack Shack is not responsible for any loss due to fire, theft or damage. You also agree to hold Tina’s Tack Shack free from any claims arising from the sale of this item now or at any time in the future.

Payment Policy:

  • Once the consignment saddle has sold, full due payment will be made to Consignor within 7 business days. 

  • Full due payment to consignor refers to the payment paid for the saddle from the buyer to Tina's Tack Shack, minus the consignment fee. 

  • Consignor can choose their payout through Paypal, Zelle or Cash.
